I used this brand in my last house and putting them in the new one now. updating this review, when the plumber came to install it was discovered that the threading was broken and the "arm" could not be used. Wayfair has refused to help replace this piece or identify what piece this is so that I can order it separately, customer service reps arrest at the order being over 30 days old where it's not returnable. I'm not trying to return it, just replace a damaged part. Abysmal customer service by Wayfair, customer lost. Any future orders will be direct from the KB company.
