Very disappointed with the color. I expected black and brass based on the photos and description. The “black” part of the faucet is actually a really shiny dark grey. It’s not attractive at all.

OK, not giving this a stellar review, but it could be my fault. The quality looks good, the color is a disaster. This onyx looks like dark stainless. It's shiny and just kinda weird. It doesn't work with a bathroom where you're shooting for a black finish. It feels like it might work in an ultra contemporary New York Loft where they're doing a lot of mixed metals, and don't ever plan on finding another piece of decor in "onyx" because I've never seen this stuff before (and I shop a LOT). Also, I got the onyx and brass. It's a nasty combo. The brass is crazy shiny like 1980's gold/brass. Pair that with weird some dark stainless and you've got yourself a return right back to Wayfair. All the more reason to shop at Wayfair...returns couldn't be any easier and their customer service rocks. It's a hard no for me.

Gorgeous! The black finish is like hematite and is incredibly unique. This faucet was perfect for our powder room renovation.

It was what my wanted.
