I decided on this expensive faucet thinking you get what you pay for, right? I wanted durability and quality in my decision on buying this faucet. Pretty looking, and that's it! What is inside is shockingly poor quality! First, the installation, all the plumber had to do was install the faucet, connect the parts A to B. Voila and it's done. Turned on the faucet and it's leaking water by the handles. The plumber had to disassemble the parts and found that the black rubber rings inside was damaged. Luckily that was fixed after a little elbow grease. Then after a week of use, one night while i was washing my face I heard a weird hissing noise from under the sink. I opened the cabinet doors under the faucet and saw the pipe under the spout was squirting water! I turned off the valve and called the plumber next day and scheduled a visit. Again, he had to disassemble the parts and found more low quality craftsmanship of this faucet and had to replace some parts. Was working for another week and then one night water was squirting from under the pop up drain parts whenever i turned the water on. After this third visit from the plumber, we decided that this product sucks big time and I have to buy another faucet and I decided I will not get another Kingston Brass faucet and look for another brand. This was a very expensive mistake for me.
