We purchased this pot filler from you and as you can see by the pictures it just does not fit. We are very pleased with the quality but cannot use it. I have attached a picture to show you. We were wondering if we can return it and get credit from you and use that credit to purchase another pot filler from you. Can you let us know if that's possible? The faucet was never used and we have the original packaging. Thanks very much for your help.

Really nice and great color! We had a plumber install the pot filler without a problem.
