These are slim and beautiful - professional plumbers go "Ooh!" Replacing mine after 9 years (despite that they are not turned often if ever) because the ball has separated from the handle (on one) and no longer completely shuts off the water (on another), so changing them all out. Expensive compared to hardware store ones but these are easily seen and worth the visual artistry to not see others that look like "toilet" valves. Also easy to use, no cranking.

So lovely! Worth the extra expense because were putting in pedestal sinks and the stops will be exposed.
