Well it sure took a long time to get it installed but I could not be happier with this purchase. It is a great size, comfortable and looks lovely inset. Just waiting for the electrician to hook up the jets and will provide comment on those when he does.

Purchased tub and had it installed. Heater did not work. Contacted Kohler and they suggested my contractor call so they can “troubleshoot it”. Contractor spent 2 hours on the phone was transferred 3 times only to be told it appears to be a faulty heater, which is back ordered so we will send it to the customer in 10-14 days. OH and the warranty of a very expensive Kohler tub does not pay for anyone to replace the faulty heater or control switch. The homeowner is stuck.. you pay a premium to get the KOHLER BRAND, you pay for the contractor to spend 2 hours on the phone with Kohler Support to troubleshoot, you pay for the contractor to come back and replace a faulty part that is on back order (makes you wonder how many of these issues Kohler is having?). NEVER AGAIN. Done with Kohler. Ps. The tech tells our contractor that the “18 speeds” are so slight that you cannot tell the difference even when you get them working. What a joke. It is sad that a good WI company that is less than 1 hour from my home requires the customer to pay the contractor to fix a factory defect.
