We bought this and when it arrived it was damaged in three different places. The packaging was just a cardboard box with some styrofoam pieces on the corner. I would give this zero stars.

I had this tub installed in my new house. It's beautiful, roomy and super comfortable. It has a high back with a natural slope that gives great back support. My husband is about 6'2" and I am 5' 7" and the tub is more than long enough to accommodate even someone taller.
