We had to order three of these bases from Wayfair. The first two were damaged during delivery. However, Wayfair made good on the product and it turned out great. We wanted a trough drain on a budget and it came out great for our tiny house. Can't say enough good things about Wayfair customer service.

This is a good shower base - installed well, is substantial and solid. It does not have a slip proof finish, which is the only thing I would change.
