I couldn't find the correct flapper replacement at my local big box stores, so i ordered the part, (for my old San Miguel toilet) from Kohler. It fit perfectly, and worked (no leaking).

Fit like a glove. Used it on my 25 year old Kohler toilet and it is great - no constant running toiler.
