Just what we needed

This flapper is hard to find in stores. Thank you for carrying it.

The new flapper valve does not fit; don’t waste your money on this product

Needed maintenance parts for Kohler toilet found them easily with model number. Reasonable prices and excellent service.

Had to thin down the black plastic cross bar with some sandpaper in order to get it to fit on my older Kohler Rialto toilet, but in the absence of other solutions it was worth it to keep my toilet from running.
