Finish:Biscuit
Toilet tank came well packaged, the tank bolts were missing, water fill valve broken, the tank to bowl gasket was the wrong one, the gasket that was in the tank was for a vessel sink not for a toilet. I had to reuse the old bolts and luckily I had a spare water fill valve and a tank to bowl gasket on my truck. The label that should have been stuck to the top inside of the tank was peeled off and partially stuck to the parts bag. It was obvious the box had been opened at some point by someone.

Very poorly engineered with flimsy, nondurable parts.
