I ordered the hinge after emailing Kohler Support and I'm glad I did. The price was fair the package arrive in a timely manner. After reading the simple instructions it took me about ten minutes to install the hinge and replace the hinge. It works perfectly. I wish the rest of the world could do as well.

Fit perfectly and great service and corrected the issue of the dropping toilet seat. Like new!

Recently I purchased two of these in different colors, Mexican Sand and Tea Green. I was so happy to see there was an easy fix for the broken ones I had! Colors matched the seats perfect and installation was super-easy. Easy to follow instructions came with them. Thank you Kohler for continuing to manufacture these!!
