I was stunned to unpack this and find that the black matte was plastic. The round plate that goes on the wall is a thin little piece of plastic. Think of a child’s cheap toy or a board game piece. The shower head is also plastic. Sent it right back.

Kohler made the experience easy as a short pleasant phone call to make my customer happy. I have already shared this experience with other clients and professionals. I will do this again....

The water is COLD! I had the temp turned all the way to hot and the water was not hot enough. I wish I could adjust the hot water temp. This is a real disappointment considering I spent all the money to remodel my bathroom and chose this unit for our walk in shower.
