Love the look and functions well but had issue with incorrect instructions. Took over a week to resolve

The shower set was great but the instructions were incorrect. So after trimming the faucet pipe to the instructions the faucet did not fit. Kohlers answer was to send me a new faucet that fit the shorter pipe rather than pay for a plumber to fix the pipe for the faucet. Moral is to be wary of instructions.
