I’m a plumber, and I don’t say this lightly — this is one of the most overengineered, poorly thought-out toilets I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. On paper, it looks great. In reality, it’s a maintenance nightmare wrapped in plastic and gimmicks. The design is unnecessarily complicated for something that should be simple and reliable. Every added “feature” just creates another failure point. Instead of improving performance, it makes basic service harder, slower, and more expensive. Installation is not intuitive, access to components is a joke, and when something goes wrong (and it will), you’re dealing with proprietary parts and tight clearances that turn a basic repair into a frustrating, time-wasting mess. If I could give this negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY.

I bought this model and is beautiful with very good features

Manual is wrong to turn off auto flush. Auto flush is trash and flushes 4-5 times. It's a poor design and violates all local codes.

Great toilet! Looks great and works perfectly. It's an affordable solution for this type of function and look but has the quality of Kohler. I'm so happy I found this toilet.
