Garniture de valve Kohle Alteo Rite-Temp avec poignée levier K-TS45110-4-BN

Purchased to match other Kohler fixtures. Works great.

Overall this was exactly what I needed.

Packaging was terrible. No additional filling was added, the 2 enclosed boxes containing product were just tossed left and right. One of the product boxes was badly battered. Fortunately neither product was damaged.

Delivered quickly and packaged perfect.

Missing this adaptor/retainer part! Called the customer service; was been told I need to purchase this part separately!!! By the end, told me they will send this issue to Kohler, still waiting to contact me back. All I want is to return this and get a refund
