Garniture Tone® Rite-Temp® TS23954-4-BMB

We bought 70 of these for a hotel remodel. 6 "so far" have had the handles brake off. We chose this trim because the tub spout and handle are metal so we were very surprised to have these fail and then not have Kohler stand behind them. Clearly a design flaw.

I have always used Kohler Products in my bathroom sand am very happy with this product

Looks nice, but a plastic "skirt" from the handle to the wall leaves a lot to be desired. Very cheap feeling for a relatively steep price.

Valve trim looks great which I installed along with the new shower head in the photo. We have been using it for a month and no complaints. Kohler had great customer support during the install that helped me purchase the correct pressure valve module to go with the trim.
