This seal worked perfectly to repair the constant running of water in our 2 Kohler dual flush toilets.

Bought it not being sure if it's the right match since there was some confusion in the ordering process. It worked perfectly, easy to replace once I watched a YouTube video from a third party. Would be helpful to have some videos made by Kohler on how to do it.

Seal has been leaking for a while so I scan the QR code attached to the tank lid and it offers a website that doesn’t exist for parts. I found the guide that comes with the toilet and find the list of parts that seemed to match my toilet. ( not a wall mount, specifically a dual flush option). Ordered 2 seals that would replace mine and they arrive far too small for the application. What a complete disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've read other reviewers' comments about the toilet canister seal, and I don't identify with them at all. We've had our 4 Kohler toilets for over 10 years and have replaced 2 of the seals. They are easy to install and function as expected. We used some chlorine-based toilet cleaner in the tanks, and it probably wore the seals prematurely. I recommend the seals, just like all Kohler products I've bought, including the 18kW whoel house generator that we've had for over 10 years.
