It came without proper packaging and it was nicked and tarnished with fingerprints.. I sent it back. Inspect merchandise before you send it out!! No one is going to accept a faucet with nicks on the spout area. They were so obvious. Wasteosometimes

I bought this and scheduled a plumber to install the fixture. We were missing a screw and the faucet was only partially installed. I had to pay the plumber extra to only partially complete the job because he spent a long time looking for the missing piece.
