Just replaced….love self-cleaning feature

Can’t see the vs.use of the self clean function, it still needs regular cleaning. The handles on the new Santa Rosa toilets look cheap and now you have to press on the back end instead of the front end to flush, very weird! Happy with the new flushing action, however. We have two of the earlier Santa Rosa’s in the house and flushing lever is a much better look and operates in a conventional way.

This toilet arrived defective. . . . the tank would not fill. My plumber was on the phone with Kohler technical support and even sent video of the issue. After a lot of back-and-forth, they acknowledged the issue and we ordered a replacement. However, as we got the black one, it was on backorder and a new one wouldn't ship for another 3 months. Wayfair stepped in and helped me find a similar toilet in black that would ship right away and we ordered that instead. Another reason why I love Wayfair - their customer service is fantastic and they work hard to keep customers satisfied. It's why I shop at Wayfair all the time.

it sounds weird so thats not a plus but its a good toilet overall. i got used to the disferent sound after a few weeks. it kind of sounds like the water is going into a vaccuum.
