Material is solid, color is great, and very easy to install. However, this spout is made for a standard bathtub enclosure or a tub with a thin tub base wall. Not suitable for a hydro Air/whirlpool style tub with a wide tub base wall. The water will pour out and splash against the tub base wall and overflow and end up all over the tile and floor. The first spout had a 3/4-inch post inside the spout end and directed the water backward to hit the overflow. The replacement did not have the post but still directs the water to hit the tub base wall, and still splashing everywhere. There should be notes in the product description stating that this spout is not suitable for hydro systems or tubs with wide tub base walls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Beautiful product and very easy to install. You have to make sure you are buying something compatible with your current set up or you will have to bring in a professional to change your set up. This is a quality product but matte black in hard water time is not a great idea. However, it works perfectly and is a great upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and exchange for my honest review . this faucet has a very nice polished finish. I was surprised at the weight on it as it is quite heavy, but at the same time, it’s very durable. Has a very modern appeal. .My plumber has taken a look at it and likes the quality however he needed to purchase an additional piece before installing it in my shower. He specifically told me that the quality is very good and that it will last a very long time and I should be very happy with this faucet. Based on quality alone, I definitely recommend.
