I’d been wanting to try a bidet for years, and finally pulled the trigger on one. This model had ALL the features, so there’d be no wanting to upgrade down the line. I could not be happier with the decision. Using facilities elsewhere has become such a disappointment.

Our lives were completely changed when we bought our first washout. That one, a Toto, served, and still does, us well and we fell in love with it. We brought it with us to our new place but needed to buy an additional, and the toilet we have is a Kohler. After some consideration, we decided to buy this model, hoping it would serve us as well as our old Toto, and it absolutely did. I think in fact I prefer some of its features when compared to the old washout. The only few things I believe it doesn't have is the auto open lid and nightlight, which we were aware when we bought for a much lower price than the previous model. It's great, and in our house we are true believers that world as a whole should discover the benefits of a personal washout - there's no going back.

i finally got around to installing...it looks good...IT DOES NOT WORK! the electrics seem to work the little spout comes in and out...making all the right motions. No water comes out. We have checked water supply pressure...water makes it to the seat as evidenced by water present in the oiler water supply tube. But no water comes out...as if a pump is non-functional
