I love how sturdy and durable this Kohler hotelier is. We installed it upside down lol but I honestly think I like it better this way? The polished chrome is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Elegant and visually striking — it looks beautiful against marble or tiled walls. Generously sized; holds multiple bath towels with ease. Doubles as a handy hanging rack for small laundry items. Versatile installation: can be mounted facing upward or downward based on your needs. Cons: Precision is critical during installation. If you're mounting it on marble or ceramic tile (common in bathrooms), you may need professional help to avoid cracking tiles or misaligning screw holes. Carefully mark the peg/anchor positions in advance, and drill using a carbide-tipped bit with heavy-duty wall plugs or anchors. The included plastic anchors are poor quality and tend to break when you try to fold them into position — we recommend replacing them. Once installed, there's a noticeable gap between the wall and the towel bars, making it easy for towels to slip through. This design flaw compromises usability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an elegant and beautiful matte piece!! I love the rounded corners and the sturdiness of the frame!! It’s such simple design and the material is easy to clean. The wide slates are nice for hanging towlels! recommend to anyone looking for black hardware for their bathrooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product! We are remodeling so I have been unable to hang this yet but I have found the perfect place in the bathroom. This is the exact shelving I have been looking for! It’s pretty heavy so I have no doubts this with hold up well on wall.
