There are six different sprays that will ensure everyone in your household will find one they like. The sprays are mostly very gentle, but there is a coupe that allow for a little more pressure. I prefer the gentle sprays and am amazed at how well and quick they rinse off soap and shampoo while being very gentle and relaxing. The shower head itself is massive, like the size of a dinner plate big, it is very easy to get use to. The only downside I really see is the button you push to change the sprays seems very delicate and you really need to push on it to change the spray setting. Overall though I am very please with this shower head and would recommend it to friends and family, especially those that want a relaxing shower.
