Great update with new tiled area!

Very disappointed in the deceiving headline/product name and info. The page says this is "Fairfax rite-temp balanced tub & SHOWER FAUCET WITH VALVE & DIVERTER. So of course I assumed it came with the shower head, but it doesn't. But it's even worse than that. It DOES NOT COME WITH THE VALVE & DIVERTER. Even the list of what it includes in the description says "includes valve". I chatted with customer service and said parts are missing. They sent out another, same thing, same box. It does not come with those items. The valve is a separate listing for over $100. When I tried chatting with them again to explain this, they weren't understanding and I just got frustrated and retuned the whole thing. In the return, the reason said "buyers remorse", which I didn't choose...but it was not! I wanted this whole kit to match the Fairfax I have on my bathroom sink and kitchen. It wasn't buyers remorse, it's that Wayfair doesn't include the entire kit like it says!!! They need to change the info on the page. Do not buy this thinking you're getting the whole kit, all the trim plus valve like it says. It's the basic bathtub trim plus shower pipe, but no shower head or valve/diverter.
