Meh. Wanted to install all similar Kohler fixtures...not the best quality anymore.

I bought the Awaken shower kit. The picture showed the hose was steel, but it is a cheap plastic hose colred silver on the outside. I am shocked!

This shower kit has been excellent! Very easy to switch from the rain head to the spray setting.

It looks great. The use of plastic in many components is disappointing and makes a premium looking product feel cheap.

Bought this from a plumbing supplier online in the store because they did not have a sample in the showroom. The plate behind the handle is plastic. So disappointed. Would never have ordered this. I expected chrome metal, not chrome colored plastic. It wasn’t cheap.
