It just doesn’t work. They have sent replacements for all parts. Ah, somehow it has started working but this happened before and it stopped for unknown reasons.

Installed the Kohler Tone touchless faucet and immediately ran into issues. The spout/neck assembly was not properly retained—there is no locking mechanism, and the neck could be lifted out of the base with noticeable wobble at the joint. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue. Additionally, I encountered minor challenges during install (leak at connection, troubleshooting hot water flow), but those were ultimately resolved. The structural issue with the neck made the faucet unusable, and I had to initiate a return. Disappointing given the price point.
