Awesome, never knew they even made heated toilet seats, but once I found one by accident while shopping for bathroom reno, went to the ladies room and there it was. I left the ladies room and immediately added a heated seat to my order. Love it!!

A part was missing and I reported it, but nothing has been sent to me to replace this item. I cannot use this product the way it was sent, how do I return it and get another one with all the correct parts ?

I have something similar in a different bathroom…..for this bathroom only wanted the heated seat (not full bidet). We had an electric outlet within 2 feet so this worked out perfectly and installed easily.
