Great product easy to install. My kids love the light!

This toilet seat is wonderful and loved the nightlight feature while it worked. We purchased two of these, one for each of our downstairs bathrooms and both have had issues with moisture and such getting into the light and causing malfunctions. On one seat, the rubber button for the nightlight has “melted,” guessing from the typical bathroom cleaners we use and no longer lights, just get a red light as though the batteries are bad even after replacing with brand new ones. The other seat’s light cover broke and while it is still functioning, it gets moisture and liquid in it that has caused issues with battery usage. Not so sure why a better sealed unit couldn’t be designed for these seats. Electronic circuitry exposed to moisture, water, urine and cleaners is not a good idea and unfortunately the current design allows just that. The seats are comfortable and well constructed! The light not so much so, thus the low rating. Expected more from a name like Kohler!!

Bought this not long ago, sporadically works. Thought it was the batteries, have changed them and still doesn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought these toilet seats for all my home bathrooms and like the seat's quiet operation and what helped with my decision was the built-in night lite feature. The nite light works just fine except I need to find a replacement night light for the one I have that has passed its useful life and no longer works. Can you point me to a place that sells these night light kits so I can replace my defective light. Thank you - Tony Cuschieri AIA Architect
