I’ve had several issues with my hatbox purist toilet over the years, but recently on a call to explain that the hinge broke, the bumpers broke and the screw holes on the seat itself rotted out, they told me they could not help me and I’d have to purchase a new seat out of pocket. This would cost me more than a whole new toilet INSTALLED! Big fail from Kohler. I’ll never recommend their products again.

This toilet came with my house. The bathrooms were done right before purchase. Unfortunately the metal hinge on the lid snapped. Now I can't close the lid.

I am have the same problem with the metal hinge snapped at the point of the screw. Now this is not longer available for replacement parts.
