I have also replaced this seat multiple times - it always falls apart. I am seriously considering purchasing an entire new bowl because this has become so frustrating. Because the shape of the seat is so unusual I also havent found alternative seats (other than Kohler) to replace the seat with that may operate better. Seems like this was clearly a flawed design (in an attempt to style a seat differently). Again, very frustrating!

I have four of these toilets in my home and if I tell you, I have had to replace each seat minimum three times because of how easy they crack and fall off. It is ridiculous, especially for the price.

I'm quite disappointed in the toilet seat for an expensive toilet. The toilet seat cracks so easily and I'm not a heavy person. The bolts also gets rusted so it need to be replaced as the seat loosens and moves around. I've had cheaper toilets that doesn't crack or rust. This is quite disappointing.

The toilet seat does not stay attached. I am beyond frustrated trying to keep this toilet seat on the toilet. When I reattach it, the fit lasts for a couple days and then comes loose and the seat comes off. I would bever buy this toilet again, despite really liking its style.
