I bought about six weeks ago. I had a licensed plumber come in and install it, and I had him come back to adjust the seat about two weeks later. Then I had him come back two weeks later after that to adjust it again. It seems to not be big enough for the Kohler Toilet, I have which is a highline toilet oblong. The seat slides to the side so that the porcelain rim sticks out. I can manually pull it forward, so it covers almost the whole rim, but it immediately slides back. I’m not going to call a plumber again to readjust it. It works just fine and this is my only complaint. It’s irritating and even though it’s made by Kohler, it doesn’t seem to fit one of their own toilets. I’ve chatted about it with the Kohler reps and have not gotten much help and normally they are very, very helpful. So with that I’m not real happy with it, but I’m going to keep it because it does work and is very convenient other than me having to readjust that seat every couple of days.

Great bidet but difficult to keep fastened where you want!!!

Installation isn't too bad, however, my toilet is oblong, but I will need to replace my toilet to get an even bigger oblong to fit better. The controller is easy to use too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fit our toilet nicely and pretty easy to install. We love the kohler brand, it’s one of our go to brands as homeowners. I know it mentions low profile design but it does still seem a bit bulky. Has remote, heated seats and it’s programmable. Works well. Overall, it’s nice.
