SO far no leaks or failures, wont know reliability on this toilet until we're 5 years in i would imagine. I bought a different color flush handle for this toilet through the website. However, my model comes with the tank cover locks and they don't offer any other colors other than the standard shiny silver for those locks. So if you are changing the handle color i would highly suggest to go without the tank cover locks or stick with the original color flush handle. also no toilet seat options, my old Kohler toilet had a nice wood toilet seat. Couldn't find it for this model.

The toilet was installed only a few days ago and it is working fine. The flush is very quick but does the job. I needed the insulated tank to stop condensation because our well water is so cold.

Elegant toilet, seems to work great. Wish they had a gold handle option but overall happy!
