Loud and doesn’t have a light fixture, but it does a great job of removing air quickly.

Install was good, looks good, and fan very quiet so far. Ask me a few yrs down the road about how it performs.

I bought this for the trusted brand name and thought it would be great for my small bathroom which has condensed humidity on the walls during showering. It is quite noisy on high and also does not keep up with the humidity in the room while showering. Condensation is still collecting and dripping on the walls despite the small square footage and fan being set on high. I really thought it would do a much better job than my previous fan. I would like to add I live in an extremely cold climate with dry air. The existing humidity in my home is 20%.

We had this fan installed about 6 months ago. After reviewing the noise level of each setting with our installer, we went with the highest setting and it’s still super quiet for a bathroom fan. Our HVAC installer even commented on how nice it was and asked how much it was because he would recommend to future customers. We did not purchase the model with the light so I can’t speak to that but the fan works great and seems to clear out the moisture quickly. One caveat is that we have a huge bathroom and squeegee after each shower so that helps immensely too!

We bought this fan for an internal bathroom and its excellent. The sound it a nice low white noise and the light is very bright. Installation was relatively simple, so we are purchasing them for all our other bathrooms now.
