Had this tub for about 3 months. There are two serious design flaws with this particular air jet tub. I bought this specific model because of the integrated heater function. However when the air blower with integrated heater blows out "warm" air to heat the water, it simply doesn't heat the water. It can't even keep the water warm! It's so inefficient and I think Kohler shouldn't even mention that the tub has the heater. There's supposed to be 18 levels of pressure settings. First of all, you won't be able to tell if there really are 18 levels. When I press the UP/Down buttons, I could barely feel about 5 or 6 levels. The biggest downside is that lowest setting is too strong and too loud. So instead of range of 1 to 18 levels, it feels more like 13 to 18. Because of these two major problems, I went through weeks of calling and exchanging emails with Kohler reps (both online and local) and long story short, at the end Kohler rep simply said 'heater might not work well but that's how it supposed to be. as far as pressure level goes, if the lowest setting of pressure level feels too strong, just turn it off completely. What a joke. I won't ever be buying Kohler products again.
