This is a fantastic faucet. Not only is it beautiful, but the installation was straightforward and exceptionally secure, unlike many faucets that rely on a large plastic wingnut to hold them in place. The mounting system feels much more substantial and inspires confidence that the faucet will remain solidly anchored. The integrated water filter is a huge plus, and because it’s built into the handle, there’s no need to drill an additional hole in the countertop. The overall height is actually a bit lower than listed in the specifications, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. I’ll definitely keep an eye on Kraus for similar upgrades in the future.

This faucet is amazing. It looks great, feels solid and works great. The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well. I have it installed on my island and the size and design of this faucet the “pop” that my kitchen needs. The shipping was excellent and overall I’m very happy with my purchase.

First the 18 in. Commercial Style Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Spot Free Antique Champagne Bronze/Matte Black faucet has no water pressure, now the water is flowing out the top. terrible quality. Don't buy. Have only used it barely for a week.

Nice faucet, worked well for the first two years, and was a nice size for our location. Unfortunately, after two years, it started leaking from the point where the hose attaches to the faucet
