Product was easy to install and worked great, up until a week ago. This has been installed for 12 months, almost exactly, and the shower head has now developed a leak out of the edge (see picture.) Other than that this has been a good product and Ive installed a few of them. Hopefully Im still under some warranty

I have not installed it yet. But packaging is nice. Ive opened up all the items and inspected, they appear to be well made and are heavy. Looking forward to installing them.

This is a beautiful shower system. It is a true matte black finish and all of the body jets and rain shower head swivel on ball joints so everything is truly customizable in terms of water flow. The only thing I wish was different is that the rain shower head arm came with some sort of "extension" option as we have 9 foot ceilings and it will be pretty impossible for me to tilt the angle of the rain shower without a ladder.

Full set works great and looks very modern. Great buy for the price.
