Its a Larson door. The price is why I decided to purchase at this time. There are a couple of imperfections on the door I discovered after I took it out of the box. Directions were clear & easy to follow.

So hard to find this size. Delivery was great, door is great.

Well I waited so patiently for the door to arrive and Its the wrong size .. Your measurements are off an inch on the height and width..Had to remodel my door frame to make it work ...I am not a happy customer!!!

This is my second door. As another reviewer noted, the MDF core swells from water intrusion, and the door disintegrates. Larson improved the design somewhat by using a few inches of expanded polystyrene (EPS) as the core material at the bottom of the door. Unfortunately, after one winter, the water that seeped in behind the u-channel sweep froze and swelled this EPS core to the extent that the sweep is deformed, and prevents the door from closing. I've solved the problem so far by running the sweep through a table saw to remove the bottom and interior portion of the channel. (So now, it's an L-sweep.) Time will tell if this door lasts longer than the first one, which was 13 years. (The door was noticeably spongy for a few years before it was replaced, so the lifetime is really closer to 8-10 years.) Edit: It's hard to say if I'd recommend this product. Mobile home doors and other parts are notoriously specialized, and most are of horrendous quality, so I guess this is better than most.
