We used it in our playroom above the garage, which lacks central air. It kept our kids cool on hot days, and they loved it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this fan for the past few weeks to see how well it holds up, and it’s great! Lots of great features that I really like, it’s generally really quiet, the oscillating toggle is great for moving air around the room, and the heating option (even though it’s summer) is great for pumping some more heat in the room, it works surprisingly well. The only thing that I really don’t like about the fan is the intrusive lights all over the unit. Theres a blue light that almost blinds you in a dark room, and a red display that also gets in the way when you’re trying to sleep. Obviously you could put tape over it like I ended up doing, but it’s still just something that could have been easily fixed. In all, it’s definitely a solid tower fan, and would be perfect for putting in a sunroom, living room, etc. However, for the bedroom where I usually use my fans, it’s not ideal. Definitely 4 stars.
