This thing is huge! I love it. I bought this for my husband to stop using the kitchen stepstool for higher up jobs. I really like the sturdiness and safety of it. Very pleased.. My daughter already asked for one for Christmas. :)

It has been 5 weeks since the ladder was delivered with damaged/torn open box with a missing left front rubber pad. The poor company response to timely send me a replacement pad has provided me with the incentive to give a second review. The ladder is great, the service is poor. Just hope you get an undamaged ladder, because they seemingly do not care about their customers. Until resolved, my wife and I will stop buying anything from Mayfair!

Exactly what I needed. Sturdy and a great price.

The ladder arrived well packed and quickly. Assembly was easy and straight forward. I only had to add the rails. The two issues I have with the ladder is that it’s wobbly and much heavier than my wife I realized. I got the ladder thinking it would easy for my wife to use she needed to reach something high, but she struggles with moving it due to its weight. The fact that it’s wobbly doesn’t make my wife feel secure to use it and honestly makes me a bit nervous. The idea of the ladder is better than the ladder itself.

The box was packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. To my surprise, I only had to attach the hand rails with 4 screws. It took about 10 minutes to do. The ladder seems pretty sturdy. The only thing is your shin hits the front of the next step up preventing you from utilizing the whole step. But it’s still better than traditional ladders with narrow steps. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.
