Very nice modern floating vanity - solid build quality as well

Good quality

Overall fine for the price but quality control and construction concerns. The ceramic top was not manufactured well and has one edge not flat; consequently, the sink does not sit on the frame fully flat - poor quality control. The rest of the sink works well though; the ratio of sink to storage space on the surface is good. The unit was packaged well but the cabinet was delivered with one drawer ripped out of the frame - I do not fault the unit for shipping damage, but upon inspection, the material of the frame is very flimsy - it is listed as solid wood but it is very low-density material - where the screws had come out, the wood material was crumbling. I reinforced all of the frame rails with extra screws, but I do not expect this unit will hold up to heavy use over time. The box of the unit flexes, a lot - again, the quality of the materials and method used to build the box are low end. I used the suggested brackets to mount the unit to the wall, but I additionally used the holes in the top cross beam as additional mount supports. Given that this is a floating unit, a french cleat mount would have been more appropriate. The drawers are fine, but after using the cabinet, I realized the drawers are very shallow. The top drawer only accommodates items up to maybe 4" tall - the sink bowl interferes very easily, and while the bottom drawer does not suffer from sink interference, the spacing is still very tight. The instructions have you mount this cabinet at 36", which leaves about a 16" gap between the bottom of the cabinet and the floor - this could have been designed a bit taller to have deeper drawers and also still maintain the floating look of the cabinet.

Upd: removed 1 star after installing - had to cut the hole in the back as it didn't fit the p-trap. Also after the faucet installation noticed that the part of the sink where the hole is is not leveled, and now we have a tilted faucet. Modern fluted drawers, Plywood cabinet, certain size - these are the main retirements we were looking for and found it in this vanity. Still I wouldn't install it on main floors - the look of the ceramic top is not that luxurious as was expected. Some minor issues with the fluted wood, minor dents, paint flow. Overflow cover is plastic, and was broken.
