Very poor customer service. After receiving this bathroom vanity from wayfair, we opened the box to find damage. I spoke with customer service and they offered me a 20 discount. I declined the offer because, after all, we are renovating our home to make it look new. I had to battle to get wayfair to pay the return shipping for this item. I stated,why would I keep paying shipping for damaged items if Id have to keep send them back I say this because now 2 of the 3 orders purchased have been badly damaged. I live outside and away from any citys and now have to pack up a large box with no means to to get it there with my little car and not to mention Im old. I will not be doing any further business with wayfair if this is the way this company operates.
