I like the look and quality of this medicine cabinet but they definitely need to improve their packaging. The exterior looked good but found damage upon further examining the interior of the cabinet and unboxing the glass shelves. The interior arrived scratched and dented and all three glass shelves arrived broken (see photos). Another problem is the website description did not give the cut out measurements for the recessed medicine cabinet. We had to guess and then be willing to pay for a return if it didn’t fit! FYI - the cut out measurement is 14" x 24" which is what I needed.
