Arrived dented on the back in a couple of spots that translated to the inside. Thankfully the glass front was intact, which has sometimes been an issue with mirrors shipped by any company via Wayfair (Wayfair once had to hold my hand through three failed medicine cabinet deliveries that were shipped without protection and inevitably arrived shattered). We needed a medicine cabinet/mirror pronto, so we decided to put up with the damage to the frame instead of trying to exchange, but it was not worth the price when considering the damage. Wayfair customer service is often helpful even in times like these when you keep a damaged product (one of the reasons we stick with them), so we should report this, and damaged items aren’t typical from Wayfair; just with the sheer amount of house renovating we’ve done and furniture replacing, of course we run into it from time to time. Two nice things about this medicine cabinet are the soft close doors and the knobs/handles you can install on the bottom of the doors so you can open without touching the glass.
