This arrived via FedEx in a bag, that's right, a bag - no protection!!!! The marble top was broken off from the metal toilet paper holder, and it was broken into three places. Why would you ship something breakable in a bag? They must have new people in the stockroom that have never shipped anything before. It was unbelievable. It is also.very frustrating that I now have to repackage up the broken pieces, put a shipping label on it, and wait for FedEx to pick up the broken pieces on Monday! (I was told that if they did not get this back that I would be charged for the replacement that was ?!?!?! Mind you, I downloaded pictures immediately after it was delivered so they could see the condition that it was in. Plus FedEx clearly showed that it was in a bag laying on my steps. . Now won't have my toilet paper holder until Thursday! I feel like this is a bad dream. (on the flipside the gentleman that assisted me when I called Wayfair was exceptional.)
