The first unit I received arrived with a fairly large dent on the backside, even though the packaging looked perfectly fine. Customer service quickly resent another set, which unfortunately had a small dent in the same spot. Since it was minor and on the backside of the showerhead (where it isn’t visible), I went ahead and used it. That said, the shower system itself is very nice and I’m happy with it overall. The finish isn’t a bright gold. It is closer to a champagne bronze, which is exactly the look I was hoping for. Best of all, it cost about a third of the price of similar systems I considered. The water pressure is solid, and it feels like a quality upgrade in the bathroom. Despite the shipping issues, I’d still recommend this shower system for the value and design.

We haven’t finished installing it yet, but I’m already loving the matte black finish sleek, solid, and super elegant. It feels well-made and adds a high end vibe to the bathroom. Can’t wait to see the rainfall shower head in action once the wall’s done. So far, very impressed!

I love the look of this shower system, but some of the parts came damaged. Its a beautiful matte black color and a heavy-duty metal. The shower head is a rain shower with a handheld sprayer. Im waiting for the replacement parts. I highly recommend this product.

As usual it came in well packaged and in a timely manner. Opened the box and, WOW an impressive 10 inch square shower head. I wanted a striking and imposing image upon first glance. Of course the remainder of the unit was good also. This bathroom is going to be impressive when it is finished.

Looks stunning— I definitely think it will give total spa vibes in my bathroom. But how was I supposed to know we’d have to redo the whole shower to install it Anyone know a good plumber It appeas sturdy and well made. I would definitely recommend.
