We tried as a stand for our daughter’s bathroom but it took up more floor space than we planned. My husband installed on the wall outside her shower and it works fine.

Works great! heats up quickly, not too hot, but just enough to dry off towels from the nite before, and get them toasty to dry off before the next day. Only downside is that the bars are close together, so it's hard to string up multiple towels at once. Overall, works great and I'm happy with it.
