The aesthetics of the door are beautiful, but the quality is pretty poor. The first shipment arrived and both vertical pieces had obvious crush damage to the corners. I reached out to the manufacturer and they tried to tell me I didn’t have the panels installed correctly followed by telling me to purchase a wax crayon to touch up the scratches (which wasn’t even a concern, it was the obviously dented main pieces). Eventually after a specific request they sent me new vertical pieces (even though some of the panels had minor damage as well) which also had some issues but were usable, and we were able to build and install it with ease. Because of how the pieces connect there is a rough area on the bottom track where it will catch on the floor guide and you have to readjust how you pull it open, so that’s something to be aware of. We are considering sanding it all to be flush and avoid the catching. Overall it’s beautiful and a decent price for the size and it already being finished, but wish quality was a bit better.

Supposedly this is "solid" wood, right? Ours arrived damaged, which allowed us to see that it's merely pressed particle board with a sticker slapped over top of it.

I am very pleased with customer services response to my problem of a drawer falling out during moving my new vanity. A new door has been ordered and I was not sure what to do when it happened, thank you.

This door is solid and has a finish coat so it doesn't need to be painted. Took a lot of time and effort to put it together and install it, but so far it's looking good. We would have liked to have some way to secure it closed (for privacy), but otherwise, we really like it.

This door is great quality. Quite as a whisper as it moves! We would buy it again!
