When our vanity arrived we inspected the cabinet and top granite piece closely and found no problems with either. It never occurred to us to inspect the backsplash, which was in a separate box. By the time our contractor installed and attached the backsplash to the wall we realized the two marble pieces don't look like they go together at all. The backsplash is much darker than the top, obviously taken from a different marble lot. It draws the eye immediately and is so disappointing.
