The product appears to have been received in good condition and is just as beautiful as it appears in the listing; however, the listing had many conflicting details. One of the photos showed a three-hole counter top, while the others showed one-hole faucet setup. It is a one-hole faucet countertop. The listing states in one area that the backsplash is included, but lists it in another area without a checkmark next to it. It is NOT included. Terrible advertising resulted in a lackluster buying experience. The right thing would have been to ship the backsplash, but instead we received the run around for 4 weeks from the supplier and customer service before discovering the simple answer that it was not included. Love the product but will shop somewhere else next time.
